can anyone please tell me where i can get a owners or operatpor for this radio it is a RCI 2990 base unit. Ive look for info even in the galaxy section and cant find anything. thank you im advance.

You could always use the 2970 manual for most of the features. The 2970 service manual works well for this radio also. That or you can just download the attached file.
