This new Amateur Enforcement Counsel (FCC) is starting out ROUGH!  According to the Amateur Radio Relay League (ARRL), there's a link that takes one to the FCC's enforcement site.  There's about 10 "busts" against CBers for "interferring with 10 Meters" and giving the people 10 days to respond to her letters!  Shocked  She warns about using "non-certified" radios on CB and also rails against "linears".

If you want to read these letters, google ARRL, then click on the required links.  When you find the page, there is a yellow border at the top, "News and Bulletins".   Then see "FCC Enforcement".  Then you can use that link to go to the FCC's enforcement site if you want to read about it.

There is more letters to power companies than anything.

Now for something that's more interesting.  Smiley
I was wondering if you could post something about the antenna you make.

I started a topic in the antenna section just for this.

Exactly.

And its not exactly Rocket Science to get your Tech Ticket, anyways, then you can use 28.3-28.5 for SSB phone.  Sheesh.

I don't think they all had to be running on 10 meters. The 2950 was infamous for trashing IIRC 28.4 while on 11 meters as I remember complaints by hammers about that model years ago. Some of these complaints could have similar origin.

Jerry- Do you not have anything better to do than go to all the CB forums on the internet and post your Radio Cop rhetoric? Give it a rest. Jeesh...

Still an import that'll get you in hot water provided it has been converted and what one hasn't....

I go out side the 11 meters some times when the CB waves are dead, but I only listen.

But the waves are so dead here any ways, I doubt any one would ever know.

Did you happen to catch a username or anything she might be using?
