I have a cobra 29 LTD BT and I amd lookinf ways to beef up the unit. I'm not and electronics wizard but with good directions I can hold my own. I want to know what people suggest to get the most from this unit. I will in the near future be purchasing an amp either a XForce x200 or the Midnight Special 500. Until then what can I do that I will not have to undo when amp is installed?Huh???

Just hold your horses and wait till you get the amp and see what kind of match you have.

Be worth the wait rather than getting the radio all out of whack and frying the amp.
